If you are visiting from outside Colombia, you may need a visa to enter the country. Latin American countries, the United States, Canada, and most European countries are able to enter the country for up to 180 days without a visa. View the list of countries which require a visa to enter Colombia.
We urge everyone that requires a visa to travel to apply for the visa as early as possible, as this process can take a long time. Specific questions regarding visas should be directed to your local embassy or immigration office.
Request a Letter of Invitation
The Drupal Association is happy to issue an official letter of invitation to registered DrupalCon attendees who must obtain a visa for travel to Colombia. Please note this letter does not constitute any financial commitment on the part of the conference. If your request for visa is denied, we will refund your registration fee. Please note that we will not issue invitation letters after January 23.
We will provide a digital (pdf) and physical copy of this invitation letter for you records. Letters are issued on Fridays. Please note that with physical mailings, it may take up to 2 weeks to receive your letter.
All information must match exactly what is printed on your passport.
