When you are trying to make an endevour viable you face with the fact that cost of development are high. This means you will find ways to make your project viable, this is usually how you get to the minimum viable project (MVP) approach.
There are lots of different ways to build your MVP, but there is an undeniable fact: If you are building an MVP there is still lot to learn about what your business will become. So ideally you would need a platform that it is as flexible as possible. This why I like to build MVPs around Drupal.
You will probably require some development, lots of knowledge about Drupal modules and a good amount of compromising features into what the MVP can be without a very long development phase. But pay off is the possibility to build a flexible and extensible platform that will fulfil the needs of you initial business needs. And another very important reason to do it on Drupal is how much is already tested, so you will start with a more solid ground and will require less testing (than a 100% in house developed web application).
Once the project is underway (and you get more funds) you can use tools to speed up parts, refactor, rebuild or simply add mussle so Drupal performs like you need. There are tons of options and the Drupal ecosystem provides lots of tools to make a growing path possible.
At this session we will go over tools available, common needs, the must use modules and a viable method to make your MVP successful.
